Our insights are primarily from first-hand personal experience.

We supplemented our knowledge with interviews with dozens of Asian women living in the US and in their home countries. The large majority were ethnically Chinese living in the US, China and Singapore, followed in smaller numbers by Filipina, Japanese, Korean and Thai. We also examined dozens of websites and videos on social media from immigration advisors. We present a good number of Case Examples, all shortened stories from our personal interviews.

We only claim that our observations and suggestions apply fully to the K1 fiancée visa. However, there are common elements to obtain the Adjustment of Status (Green Card) with other types of visas to enter the US other than K1.
